The Court in\u00a0<\/span>NAACP v. State Brd of Election Cmmr<\/i>s., Civil No. 3:22-CV-734-DPJ-HSO-LHS (SDMS), recently ordered that Friday, June 13, 2025, is the \u201cDeadline for State Executive Committee to Submit Names of Qualified Candidate.\u201d ECF Doc. No. 262 (May 7, 2025).<\/span><\/div>\n

Therefore, in accordance with the Court\u2019s Order, the Mississippi Republican Party State Executive Committee will meet on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 1 PM at MSGOP Headquarters (<\/span>415 Yazoo Street Jackson, Mississippi 39201<\/span>) to consider any challenges to the statutorily-required qualifications of filed candidates.<\/span><\/div>\n

If you would like to file and present such a challenge to the MSGOP State Executive Committee,\u00a0please provide\u00a0<\/b><\/span>by 5 pm on Wednesday, June 11, notice of such a challenge, your argument, reasoning and legal justifications for your challenge, \u00a0and\u00a0<\/b><\/span>all relevant documents and evidence that you wish to have considered by the MSGOP.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

The\u00a0<\/span>MSGOP State Executive Committee\u00a0<\/span>will hold its meeting at 1 pm on Friday, June 13,<\/em> to allow candidates to proffer their evidence and oral argument of such challenges and will thereafter deliberate and make a ruling on such challenges.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

The\u00a0<\/span>MSGOP State Executive Committee will only<\/span>\u00a0consider any and all challenges to the qualifications of candidates that were filed by 5 pm on Wednesday, June 11.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
